YOUR Beyond the manual mentor

As a full-time personal trainer and Pilates teacher for over 20 years in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, I know what it’s like to juggle a packed schedule, family responsibilities, and a desire for something more fulfilling. I’ve been where you are—teaching nonstop, feeling isolated, and wondering if this is what my Pilates career would always look like.

For years, I craved a community and real support from other teachers. I wanted someone who truly understood the challenges of teaching day in and day out. That longing led me to pursue continued learning, eventually becoming a Balanced Body Educator in 2010.

Teaching teachers became my new passion, and in 2023, I launched BBPilatesCR to provide instructors with top-notch continuing education, mentorship, and support.

Today, I help Pilates instructors like you find confidence and clarity in your teaching so you can stand out as the go-to instructor while building a sustainable and fulfilling career.
